Retractable Chemical Injection Quills & Diffusers

SAF-T-FLO Chemical Injection offers a broad range of retractable chemical injection quills & diffusers for municipal and industrial chemical injection.

• 100 psi rated retractable chemical injection quills are for chemical feed systems rated to 100 psi maximum pressure. These units are a good choice when only the basic unit is needed.
• 150 psi rated retractable chemical injection quills & diffusers are for chemical feed systems rated to 150 psi maximum pressure. 150 psi rated units have more materials of construction and tip configurations than the 100 psi units.
• 250 psi rated retractable chemical injection quills & diffusers are for chemical feed systems rated to 250 psi maximum pressure. Stainless Steel ball valve main connections are standard. Dual bolts and dual limit chains are the method of restraint for the 250 psi rated units.
• All PVC retractable chemical injection quills are for chemical feed systems rated to 150 psi maximum. Ideal for applications with small main diameters or shallow insertion lengths.
• Flanged retractable chemical injection quills & diffusers are available in two pressure ratings, 150 psi and 250 psi maximum pressure. Due to the flanged connection these units can be retrofitted to existing applications or new construction.

Non-Retractable Chemical Injection Quills

SAF-T-FLO offers non-retractable chemical injection quills for industrial and municipal chemical injection.

• Standard Chemical Injection Quill is our most basic type of non-retractable quill and does not have a check valve.
• Chemical Injection Quill with Check Valve is a non-retractable quill that includes a spring loaded ball check valve. This quill has 7 materials of construction and 3 materials of springs to choose from.
• Chemical Injection Quill with Check Valve & Quick Release Coupling is a non-retractable quill that includes a spring loaded ball check valve and quick release coupling. PVC is the standard material of construction.
