Injection Quill with Spring Loaded Ball Check Valve
Non-retractable injection quills have two male pipe threads for installation. Referencing the cut sheet; the lower male pipe thread is the main connection while the upper male thread connects to the pump discharge line via a coupling or tube fitting, which can be provided by Saf-T-Flo.
An integrated spring loaded ball check valve eliminates backflow at the injection point.
These units are excellent for smaller diameter main applications where a shut down is possible, therefore allowing service of the quill to take place.
