Retractable Injection Quill – 250 psi rated
These units are service rated to 250 psi and can be installed in high pressure water mains (up to 250 psi).
Extreme CAUTION should be used when inserting or removing any retractable injector. Efforts should be taken to reduce the system pressure to aid any insertion or removal of the solution tube assembly.
The higher the process pipe pressure and the larger the diameter of the solution tube may require a mechanical assist for insertion.
These units come standard without a ball check valve. Check valves can be added to any unit.
Two stainless steel bolts with nylock nuts lock the solution tube securely to the main connection. Two stainless steel limit chains stop the solution tube from extending past the main connection during withdrawal.
Solution tube adapter and packing nut thread together, compressing the 300 series o-ring against the outer diameter of the solution tube.
