Retractable PVC/CPVC Injection Quills – 150 psi rated
These injectors are great for injecting highly corrosive chemical solutions into smaller diameter process pipes. The main connection is a CPVC Ball Valve. The machined CPVC solution tube adapter and packing nut thread together, compressing the 300 series o-ring that forms a tight seal around the outer diameter of the solution tube.
These units are service rated to 150 psi.
Extreme CAUTION should be taken when inserting or removing any retractable injector. Temporarily reducing the system pressure is recommended; it usually allows for an easier insertion or removal.
