Retractable Injection Quills

SAF-T-FLO retractable chemical injection quills provide operators with the ability to insert and retract the injector's quill without having to fully depressurize the process line.  This enables maintenance without having to wait for shut down periods or, even worse, forcing shut down periods.  This ensures a reliable means of ensuring that uptime of a chemical feed is maximized.

Each chemical injection point has it's unique needs and challenges.  SAF-T-FLO's line of retractable injectors provides the sizes, materials, and features needed to make sure your injector is exactly the right fit for your plant.

Standard Service

We like to say that the only thing 'standard' is the name.  This family of injectors encompasses the widest range of sizes, materials, and features available in our product line. Rated for applications with process pressures up to 150 PSI and chemical feeds of 1/4" to 2-1/2" they are ideal for a variety of common dosing applications.

Heavy Service (HS Series)

The HS Series goes where typical injectors can't.  The 250 PSI rated dual-bolt restraint provides support to the solution tube which, along with the all alloy construction, ensures integrity of the injector when used in large diameter or highly turbulent process lines.

High Corrosion Resistant (HC Series)

Building on our HS Series quills, the HC series takes the same reliable high-pressure design of the HS Series and extends it by offering it in specialty alloy materials capable of withstanding highly corrosive process fluids.

Flanged (FL Series)

The FL Series incorporates many of the same features as our HS Series quills but provides the convenience of flanged process connection.  The design of this series results in it being ideal for use on large diameter process lines or anywhere a flanged connection is required.
