Flexible hose assembly accessory for use with injection quills.

Connections Made Easy

Hose Assemblies

A flexible connection between the injector and chemical supply line allows for retraction without having to break apart a series of unions and other fittings.  This can improve the overall setup when it comes time for mainteance. 

Technical Notes

  1. PVC and CPVC solution tubes are 1/4" S80 Nominal Pipe Size (OD 0.540", ID 0.302")

  2. Alloy solution tubes are 1/4" S40 Nominal Pipe Size (OD 0.540", ID 0.364")

  3. Check valve spring cracking pressure is 10 PSI.

  4. PVC and CPVC solution tubes are not suitable for process flows with velocities of 6 fps or greater.

  5. Safety rating of 150 PSI references the pressure of the process pipe the injector doses into.
