Connections Made Easy
Hose Assemblies
A flexible connection between the injector and chemical supply line allows for retraction without having to break apart a series of unions and other fittings. This can improve the overall setup when it comes time for mainteance.
Technical Notes

PVC and CPVC solution tubes are 1/4" S80 Nominal Pipe Size (OD 0.540", ID 0.302")

Alloy solution tubes are 1/4" S40 Nominal Pipe Size (OD 0.540", ID 0.364")

Check valve spring cracking pressure is 10 PSI.

PVC and CPVC solution tubes are not suitable for process flows with velocities of 6 fps or greater.

Safety rating of 150 PSI references the pressure of the process pipe the injector doses into.
