PVC and CPVC solution tubes are 1-1/2" S80 Nominal Pipe Size (OD 1.900", ID 1.500").

Alloy solution tubes are 1-1/2" S40 Nominal Pipe Size (OD 1.900", ID 1.610").

PVC and CPVC solution tubes are not covered by warranty when used in process flows with velocites 6fps or greater.

Safety rating references the pressure in the process line into which the injector is dosing.

Optional alloy check valve available only with selection of alloy solution tube material. Check valve body material would be the same as the selected solution tube material.

Diffuser Hole configurations to be provided by customer. SAF-T-FLO does not provide recommendations regarding diffuser hole layouts.
