Connections Made Easy

Hose Assemblies

A flexible connection between the injector and chemical supply line allows for retraction without having to break apart a series of unions and other fittings.  This can improve the overall setup when it comes time for mainteance. 

Technical Notes

  1. PVC and CPVC solution tubes are 1/2" S80 Nominal Pipe Size (OD 0.840", ID 0..546").

  2. Alloy solution tubes are 1/2" S40 Nominal Pipe Size (OD 0.840", ID 0.622").

  3. PVC and CPVC solution tubes are not suitable for process flows with velocities of 6 fps or greater.

  4. Safety rating references the pressure in the process line into which the injector is dosing.
